Listening to George Osborne talking on TV is exactly like reading TSE on here.

    Uncanny.

We are the voices of general election winning policies.

We are the voices of lower taxation.

We are the voices of social liberalism.
Indeed, but unfortunately we lost the referendum
But Parliament is sovereign which is what the Brexiteers said the referendum was about, not immigration.

So if Parliament decides to keep us in the EU, or the single market or the customs union, hurrah for a sovereign Parliament.

    Careless to lose Battersea

We're losing because of hard Brexit in London and house confiscation in middle England. Theresa May is the worst Tory leader I've ever seen, worse even than IDS.
The narrative changed the day the word 'dementia tax' entered the popular mindset. The moment people realised the Tories were coming for what was theirs.

Of course Labour are coming for it too, and more...

My Lib Dem friend in Sheffield Hallam says Clegg's a gonner.

    Odd UKIP to Lab swing!

Our campaign completely failed to drag Labour into the same Hard Brexit box as us. Labour became an easy choice for remain voters and even soft Brexit UKIP/Tory Leavers voters.

    The campaign was just horrible.
This is all the fault of Brexiters. It was totally avoidable.

Still, at least you're away from it all, eh?
Not really, it was May and her team who ran this shit campaign and who came out with these shit policies, but also who backed hard Brexit to win UKIP votes while others said go for centrist Brexit to win votes in the centre. She and her team take the blame for this failure.
LOL. What a poor attempt to absolve yourself.

You are insulated from this, and you've already pissed off. Some of us are not as lucky.

One thing we've learnt from all this is that some 'Conservative's are not 'conservative'.
"All the fault of the brexiters" is contemptible blame-shifting. The referendum was Remain's to lose, and Remain lost it. I was a lukewarm remainer, because the merits of the case were not as clear to me than as now, but a remainer. I didn't campaign or subscribe to a campaign, and I regret that. But the more self righteous and blowhardish you get against Leave, the more you invite the question why you did nothing to secure a remain vote, but sat and waited for it to fall into your lap.
No. Leave campaigned on several different end-results (a 'lie' as I called it). Now they're reaping the consequences. I was a swing voter, and the hardcore Europhobes chose to insult rather than persuade.

At the end of the 2015GE I was considering joining either the Lib Dems or the Conservatives. In the last year there's been only one choice.

    Sadly.
