An establishment should have the right to ban such activities if it wishes to.
'Such activities'? A baby who needs feeding? No, it shouldn't.
The establishment should of course be free to set the rules, to suggest otherwise is grotesquely illiberal.

It's a tricky one - most of the tweets appear to be on message Corbynism, but he's wearing a 'Make America Great Again' hat and the top two tweets are actually amusing, and one off message for a Corbynite, and I don't associate Corbynites with humour.

In all honesty, that we have the widest spread of Gold medals is surely an indication of how much we enjoy many sports in this country. We dominate a few, have underperformed perhaps in some, but we competitive in many even when they are niche but passionately supported ones.

Is hockey won of the posh one's? I can't keep up. Apparently cycling is not classed as posh despite specialist equipment and fancy pants velodromes. Hockey is rough and all you need is two sticks and a pitch, that seems less posh. Horsey dancing, sailing and rowing definitely posh though.

I teach in a very working class area - there's a triathlon club and very popular rowing club in the town, multiple hockey teams... he needs to take the chip off his shoulder.

One of the education twitter accounts I follow is totalling up state school v private school for medals - state school was winning by miles.
