Let's not get carried away. Terror is supposed to terrorise. Don't be terrorised. The MO of anyone committing a vehicle weapon attack is now to dismount the vehicle and continue the attack. That's what it looks like here. Not great, obvs, but not Mumbai either.
People must be street aware always now...is the sad reality.

In recent incidents, the perpetrators don't try and run, they try and kill as many until they are shot dead by the police.
I wonder why they are trying to escape (if that's what is happening)0 -
Someone seems to have been taken into custody.0

This original incident started just under 2 hours ago. Possibly they have avoided capture and ran that way.0

Not that I think anyone here is in the area, but for future reference the police advice is specifically to turn vibrate *off* as well. It's about being able to hide and avoid detection.AndyJS said:Police advice on twitter: run as fast as you can, hide yourself, turn your phone to vibrate.

To be honest it was not that easy to get them beforehand. And it is still legal and possible to buy rifles as well of course as shotguns. The difference being we do have a pretty effective licencing system for them. But I do fear a terrorist attack using a shotgun because of the consequences it might have for all the legal, law abiding owners.TheScreamingEagles said:
