In 2013, Democrats did the same - they changed the rules so Cabinet nominees can't be filibustered.
Now, Republicans will vote to extend the above to Supreme Court nominees.
51 votes needed to change the rules - Fox predicting this will happen by end of March.
Then, no filibuster possible, Gorsich will go straight to a vote, 51 votes needed to appoint him.
