  Even at commercial pace you could build a serious LNG tanker fleet in a couple of years. Likewise the ports and regas feeds into the networks.
  
  Unless the European plan is to build their own Starship sized space launch system and launch Space Based Solar arrays. That could take 10 years….
  
  For those who don’t know, ESA is making noises about doing that, targeting 2040….
