Of course it is. Look at that chart that was posted about the recovery yesterday. Those tiny black bits are all the people who have actually 'felt' the recovery. Something which always depressed me when I practised in the Sheriff Criminal court was how rarely a Sheriff would contemplate that police officers could be bare faced liars and in the High Court the chance of a Judge believing it was even less likely. The reason I wasn't in the Grand Hotel in Brighton in 1984 was because my firm was involved in a series of major drugs trials. When several senior detectives gave perjured evidence (they would have had to be capable of seeing round the corner of a stone wall), the presiding judge refused to allow our counsel to lead evidence which suggested the police had committed perjury.0

I suspect that Ukip must peak soon. Certainly before they poll 100%, because the main parties are just realising that calling them all racist bigots is counter-productive. It took long enough to sink in, though, so it didn't say much for their IQs.
I exempt Mt Eagles as he's just enjoying himself.
I expected 10% to be the best Ukip could hope for in May 2015, so I can't claim to be a political genius either.

You need to check with Amazon. They must know the answer to this, and they already have to know the customer's country. Incidentally I think that there were quite a few things wrong in that article Indigo linked to. Don't take it as definitive - for example, I think the author was confused about the distinction between the evidence needed to accept the default 'place of supply' rules, and the evidence needed to override the default.

The interesting thing about the libel judgement is that it seems to reflect something suggested here at the time, which was that the cctv footage shown on Channel 4 did not, despite what was claimed, vindicate Mitchell.
