Off topic: who invested this crazy term 'The English Question'? The West Lothian question would be better called 'The Scottish Question'. After all it affects the fate of Scottish MPs. That way it is easier to see that its resolution is directly related to the introduction of devo-max.

If that is a true UKIP policy, then I think that is a big mistake. Can't see it going down well in northern targets like Grimsby and the people most likely to benefit are in London which is one of UKIP's weakest regions.

Maybe Ukip's inheritance tax policy is designed not for voters but newspaper proprietors.
