Quelle surprise....That is where they should be focusing attention. The task is so trivial it is unbelievable. Even really mom and pop outfits like B&B's have this.
I'm not sure it's about technical difficulty. I don't think this is really wanted by the core customers, specifically the elderly. Of course, I think it'd be cool, but then I'd prefer to just walk in without a appointment.
