Tehran is currently experiencing shortages of drinking water, so chaos could quite easily become worse than authoritarianism in very short order if government completely breaks down. (View Post)1 -

They are short of water whilst trying to manage the problem. If government breaks down and nobody is managing the water they will be in a humanitarian crisis almost immediately. (View Post)1
