I don't know where either of you are coming from, as from what I can tell there are just as many Tories on here who don't think they will win and haven't for quite a long time, and although I detect a bit more lefty confidence in recent weeks, there's still plenty of lefties who are determinedly pessimistic.OllyT said:

Fifteen minutes in and it has descended into chaos. There's clearly no love lost between Ruth Davidson and Jim Murphy. She accuses the Scots Labour leader of "an outright lie" over claims he made on benefit sanctions.
"He's peddling a falsehood that he knows is fictitious," she says, prompting Mr Murphy's to respond: "How dare you call me a liar."

Another stunningly inept performance by Jim Murphy once again. Shouting over everyone doing his best impersonation of mr angry is not a good look. At least his 9 years at Uni without getting a degree will no doubt be good experience in his new role that he will start on the 8th.. We need a new school Janitor, no degree required.
