The prevailing themes on Big League Politics form a new American political identity, one that emphasizes economic nationalism and bipartisan patriotism. America is a country with its own values and interests. The establishment will always try to rig the system in favor of globalism in the markets and U.S.-led wars overseas. We seek to forge a new path, bringing together conservatives, progressives, libertarians, independents and all those who believe that America should be put First.

Patrick Howley's Big League Politics is for people who find Breitbart too reasonable. And it's just getting started.

A Government spokesman meanwhile said the Government would put forward further indicative votes on the Brexit options if the talks fail

The 1970 swing figure should be 4.75% from Lab to Con.
Is this a good time to mention Mike's booked a holiday in early June?

I would like a quiet period in politics.

And if May is forced out and we get another PM foisted on us, there is no chance of any deal being agreed by October so when we come to ask for another extension, we will have wasted the time granted. And still have no plan.
Or, God help us, we get foisted on us a No Deal PM.
What a shower of sh*ts the Tories are!
The best way to understand autocorrect is to think of it as a helpful elf in your phone correcting your errors who is in fact quite drunk.
Series 8 Episode 3

They’ve given up storytelling for spectacle.

I was bemused by the bit about causing damage to Mr Buttigieg's spectacles.
Most good ideas have been thought of before... as have most bad ones.

Massively one sided piece. Capitalism is bad, doesn't work..Thatcher booooo...what we need is back to the 1970s.
*does anybody and if they do, should they permitted in public without a carer?
My reading from this is that Pete Buttigieg is likely guilty of multiple sexual assaults and deliberately put this fake assault story out, so as to discredit the hundreds of genuine accusations that will come out.
As a staunch remainer though, bit worried if talks are getting down to detail, but as they say 'the devil's...."..
One very well known fraudster did something similar - though related to his financial dealings. And it worked, for a surprisingly long time.
(actually it would buy 6% of a new routemaster or a whole second hand party limo bus off eBay)
The first two episodes of series 8 moved the pieces around the board. Episode 3 was most certaintly a monumental mix of spectacle and OMG "moments".
* Unless evidence appears, of course

My money is on him seeing Boris Johnson, MP on the trip. Whether he sees Nigel Farage is another matter altogether.
I would be surprised if he had dinner with Nigel and Boris at the same time (although it might be amusing if he did). And he isn't in London long enough to have more than a couple of dinners.
If he holds that lead, and manages his solid mid teen position in California, he's a clear third behind Sanders and Biden at the end of Super Tuesday.
But we're a long way from the first Primaries. My guess is that no more than eight candidates will be on the ballot in Iowa, and perhaps five or six for Super Tuesday. So, it will be interesting to see where Kristen Gillibrand's (for example) supporters go.
