haha very funny Mikey. But you prove my point.
"The People" is straight out of Wolfie Smith.
And as for the mess the parties have made of Britain - what amazing plans do you jokers have to make it all better?
very funny Mikey.

Oh Topping doesn't like the "People": even makes fun of the people. So what are you around for Topping? Someone to lick your arse.
However:
"So what are you around for Topping? Someone to lick your arse."
doesn't actually make sense.

Hang on, he's predicting Swansea to beat Everton 3-0...... so he's either not so good at this OR he's having a pop at a certain scouser's tim, sorry team.

Annoyingly, I've never seen dolphins from Chanonry Point, despite it apparently being the best place in the country to see them.
I've found the people on the Isle to be very friendly as well. It's like the last bastion of civilisation before Inverness. ;-)

"Malky, I want you to resign." "And if I don't?" "I'll pay up your contract and sack you." Vincent Tan: world's thickest Macchiavelli.
A rescue operation is under way after part of a balcony in the Apollo theatre in central London is thought to have collapsed during a performance, trapping people inside, according to eyewitnesses.
“Ms Harman clashed with Mr Alexander at a private meeting at Labour headquarters on Monday in front of about three dozen staff, who were “shell-shocked” by the exchange, during which she accused him of speaking over her and ignoring her contributions. She interrupted a presentation by Mr Alexander to raise her issues and at one point declared that she was sick of hearing from “more panels full of boys”. She argued with him for several minutes.”

Looks like the Harman went a bit berserk. Maybe she see's the end of Lab/Lib/Con hegemony in the her future.
This weekend I make Luis Suarez
39.1% to score 1st
74.4% to score anytime
39.5% to score at least 2
15.7% to score at least 3
5% to score at least 4
Suarez to score more than Cardiff 42%
Cardiff to score more than Suarez 20%
Hope it helps
I suspect if Mackay survives to Saturday, the Cardiff players are going to put in a performance for their boss.
Perhaps they thought £6 an hour as a bottom line figure would at least be more than the £3 they knew the Eastern Europeans would work for, and the bosses would be only too happy to pay them?
I chose Ostrich.
1st goal at 2/1
anytime at 5/12
2 or more at 2/1
& Hat Trick at 8/1
Should ask Sky bet if you can back the Suarez vs Cardiff Draw at 2/1 or bigger!
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-25458009
I make
Suarez to beat Cardiff 52%
Cardiff to beat Suarez 16%
Looks like The Apollo Roof has collapsed, making for a greater tragedy than at first suspected.

I realise that progress is patchy, but wasn't Chile an all female affair electorally?
Feminism now, and racism perhaps too, are washed up as political mantras. That's not to say that there won't be pockets of resistance, but the mainstream has moved on. I'd even hope that 'poverty', at least in the UK has moved away from the political stage.
If this is so then it is an undoubted political achievement - politics doesn't have claim to many really. Such achievement is worth a great deal.
Labour have to get away from some of that baggage. Awards in the cupboard are far better than manifestos with still one burning issue that's not been fixed for 100 years.
but when I click i get taken to this page: http://www.betfair.com/exchange/politics/market?id=1.101710557&mpch=ads&rfr=63 which says I can 'back' that outcome at 1.1 which I think is odds of 1/10.
There is only £30 available, I think, so it's not the end of the world if I can't bet but it is a bit confusing - is there something wrong with oddschecker?

The EdM exit market on BF for jul2015 or later is 1.69/2.1 - that equates to a chance of between 63% and 48%.
There is no standard on political bets, so what seems like the same market can often be radically different. Betfair (for example) recently voided all bets on the next GE date.

The lady behind the bar swiped my card and handed it back to me (I was siiting in my usual seat next to the cash register at the bar), and as I took it back - 10 seconds at most after swiping - the Amex app on my Galaxy s3 popped up and asked if I'd like to use my amex points to pay for my 'current dining event', and showing the transaction details.
Kinda cool yet kind of unsettling.
What's interesting though is whether economic improvement such as we've seen recently actually translates into a narrowing gap. There is probably a little more to come, but for the Tories to stand a chance of a majority the recent economic good news has to start to show in the polls. Interesting times.
(A cure for wrong-headedness would help too of course, but that's just my view)
But the Con share of the vote has gone up 2%, UKIP have generally ended up with the rest.
Why do Americans have "dining events" rather than "meals" or "dinner"?

Utter madness. Was at match Saturday. Little did I know that it would be Mackay's last home game.
Probably more to the point the phrase covers everything from a meal at the Waldorf Astoria to a trip to McDonalds for a McRib sandwich. It's a clumsy but all encompassing phrase.
"This is how bad Vincent Tan is, we're actually cheering and agreeing with what a former Swansea manager (Brendan Rodgers) said today"

They are rolling forward forecasts.
Quite!
I'm grinning from ear to ear.
Every YouGov poll in December 2012, Labour polled 40+ in all 16 of them.
Labour have only polled 40+ in 4 out of the 16 YouGov polls in December 2013
