    That's not true. Dr Liam Fox has been trying to initiate talks with a number of countries. Unfortunately, his department has gotten rather bogged down with their "Tariffs for a 21st Century Britain" plan.

    After the government realised this laid them wide open to libel actions, they changed to DBS, which is (a) sent to you and (b) does not include suspicions although it can still include allegations.
