  • Thought I would bring some good cheer to a few PB posters.

The story so far. The general assumption based on nothing more than prejudice, and a few cross breaks with a liberal sprinkling on wishful thinking, was that the SNP vote had been going backwards from the election.

The the applecart was well and trully upset when the first real Scottish poll since the election showed exactly the opposite with the Panelbase survey showing a potential SNP GAIN of ten seats at the expense of all of their unionist opponents.

Now it seems that the cross breaks have also deserted the unionist cause with today's MORI suggesting the SNP at 45% and Labour and Tories at 21! Such an outcome would result in a gain of 16 seats for the NATS, including TEN from the Tories.

Just doing what I can to help.

Remind us what the polls showed before the election, and also what your reaction to said polls was.
