    Kentucky, Kentucky, Kentucky.

If Trump wants to keep it a tie with Cruz tonight, Kentucky is crucial.
Trump is on 40% in Kentucky with 32% in, we can soon call that for Trump too
The results are not coming in uniformly.
Most of the east that is Trump country is in, most of the west that is Cruz country is not in, and none of the cities in the middle are in.

Sanders now the biggest winner of the night, he wins 2 states to Hillary's one.

Good night for Cruz and OK night for Trump both winning 2 states. Dreadful night for Rubio who is tonight's biggest loser. Goodnight

It would be a hell of a betting upset if Cruz wins.

I laid a little trump @ 1.06 much earlier and doubled my stake shortly after with a lay @ 1.01.

1.01 is probably about right, right now!

So after all the Cruz hype it looks like Trump will still be on course to reach a majority of delegates.

Several counties which went for Cruz like Franklin and Owen are now 100% in, I am calling it for Trump anyway and going to bed, I shall see either way in the morning

But the counties are all reporting 100%.
The counties in Kentucky are only reporting their results when they have finished their count.

What did I tell you yesterday ?
It was the disastrous Fox debate.
The establishment vote moved to Cruz, you can see it in the cities of Maine, Kansas, and Kentucky.

Although Louisiana has been called for Trump, result will be very close. Some pundits even think that networks have called it wrong.

Yeah, I'm uncalling it for Trump in Louisiana.

It's amazing he won the absentee vote that was cast before the Fox debate by 20 points over Cruz, yet he is losing on the votes cast today after the Fox debate.

I'm calling Louisiana again for Trump, but that was a one slim margin down from the 25% earlier, he might have lost to Cruz with the votes cast today, he probably only won it thanks to the votes cast before the Fox debate.

A shift of 20 points just doesn't happen by it's own.
I'm convinced that the poor debate for Trump and Rubio is the cause behind tonight's results.

Someone needs to make a parody of the CNN Decision Desk:

"And now with 99% of the vote it's still too early too call, stay tuned"

Finally they project Kentucky for Trump.

    Trump is talking now.
He says that he beat Rand Paul.

He rubs off Cruz's victory in Maine as it's close to Canada.
He calls for Rubio to drop out.
He says that he likes to fight Cruz one on one.

Trump really needs to be strong on immigration again, he can't afford to talk to a GE audience while still fighting Cruz in the primaries.

That was a weird Trump statement:

"I said to you Donald, you are the only one who draws those crowds without a guitar, i'm not going to say that was the great Elton John that said it".

Now there is a fight between a journalist and Trump over his penis size.

Anyway, Trump and Cruz at a tie tonight (just).
However the results prove that something went very wrong for Trump and Rubio in the last few days, my suspicion is that it was that Fox debate.

The momentum is with Cruz I suspect, Trump is blowing too many 20 point leads for very close results lately.

    Goodnight.

"The problem with the UK motorway network is that we have more entrances and exits of our motorways than any other motorways in Europe or indeed the world"

I find that hard to believe, especially comparing motorways with US highways/interstates.

Patrick McLoughlin is Secretary of State for Transport.

The Chancellor is heir to Brown indeed, running every home department from the Treasury.

And I know that you know this is not a budget announcement, just something that will be announced in the budget.

And that this is how Brown did it too: funding specific projects the departments had bid for, and denying funding to others.

I know that you know that the Chancellor makes Budget announcements.
