Well... Dave is gone for sure on those numbers. Quite how we get a Government is another matter.

    No.

There was a time when one of the house effects of ICM was to give better scores for the Conservatives than the rest, and correspondingly lower scores for UKIP. That seems to have gone now, as the Conservatives haven't polled well with ICM for months - despite the fact that ICM gives lower scores to UKIP than most pollsters do. A combined score of 41% for Conservatives and UKIP is way below the average of c.47%.

Here's how the election result would look if the current favourite wins in each of Ladbrokes' constituency markets.

    296 Lab
    273 Cons
    31 LD
    22 SNP
    5 UKIP
    3 PC
    1 Green
    1 Speaker
    18 NI

Lab + Con would have a stonking majority and a lot of common ground on policy to work on.

Looks like a Labour minority to me on those numbers. They don't have the numbers to demand Nick Clegg's head (they have no stable Option B that gets them an overall majority) and without that I can't see them selling the idea of a coalition with the Lib Dems to the party rank and file.

So you shouldn;t show disrespect for the 'core values' of Maoists? We shouldn't offend the Khmer Rouge? Boko Haram? Britain First?

Were ICM the Gold Standard at GE2010?

It was an Indian polling company which came closest.

Absurd. A facile Aunt Sally. You are talking about terrorists and by doing so you are effectively claiming that all muslims are terrorists.
Its a pathetic excuse for an argument. But what is really pathetic is that the interweb encourages this gibberish and that this kind of argument is paraded on a supposedly sensible website must be profoundly depressing.
