I posted this in last thread - shortly before it strangled itself......(dont blame me)
Interesting side effect of Sindy Ref is that for many years support for Welsh Independence (Windy...?) has been stuck on around 10%. Now there has been two new polls - one showing support at 17% and the other at 28%.. The Welsh population finally seem to be stirring....
FWIW I think that Sindy will be narrowly lost 50.5-49.5 this time and will be put on the back burner for around 10 years - but that next time round Yes will walk it. And that Wales will be voting next time as well (although less confident of that result)

Well we're still waiting for the explanation how the Welsh will pay for it. Are you saying Welsh Nats are as innumerate as Scots Nats ?
Must be all that devolved education dumbing you down.
"Unity with maximum self-determination sends a powerful message to a world torn by identity conflicts that it is possible to respect our differences while living and working together. This is the great challenge of our time. The Scots can show us how to meet it."
Speaking of West Lothian, I think it's going to be one of the closest results on Thursday night/Friday morning.
Am surprised we haven't heard a peep from Tam Dalyell in the campaign - or have we? I haven't heard of any intervention from him - is he still in good health at the ripe old age of 82?
Good night this time!
Tam Dalyell is probably too busy polishing the £18,000 bookcases he bought on Commons Expenses "solely and exclusively for his Parliamentary work" two months before he left the Commons.
Fortunately the Expenses Office only gave him £7k, but that is still £7k obtained corruptly.

- The postmortem bollocks (it was Cameron/Miliband/English voters fault) and
- The "vow" / Indy negotiations bollocks.....
