In other news, the Mail, the BBC and the Grauniad have all run stories on how to get round the CJEU's ridiculous "right to be forgotten" ruling. I wonder if the press in other parts of Europe have been doing the same. Google has made it very easy.
On the subject of ‘missing dossiers’ a quick scan of this morning’s front pages reveals an Independent exclusive concerning the BBC's Panorama team losing ‘confidential information relating to a secret British Army unit’ – Apparently, this somewhat sensitive material “leaked out following a lapse in security.”
Oddly enough I can’t find any mention of it on the BBC website, which is peculiar considering they’ve been pushing the other ‘dossier’ as their top story for the past three days.
Looks like Cameron has his highest "best PM" rating since January 2012, 38% against 19% who choose Miliband. Only 51% of Labour voters think Ed would make the best PM, which might be a new low (in today's YouGov).

There was a PM who said Juncker Will turn out to be an old Clunker It made the Euros all scoff And the lefties shout 'Toff'! Yet his ratings soared whilst Eds sunk errrrr......
Another great selection by TSE. Number 19 is brill - Ed Balls should study it.
No 23: Hmm, I wouldn't say it's controversial. More a case of a very disagreeable but unfortunately necessary decision by a great leader. For all his flaws, Churchill got the big picture right, and this is one example. It's not too much of an exaggeration to say it was the turning point: after this, the world realised that Britain was serious.
Oh Sir Winston did the right thing.
Sinking the French navy in peacetime is acceptable, in war it is mandatory.
If the French didn't want their navy attacked, they shouldn't have made peace with the Nazis. The French government was cowardly, and even with Paris taken should have followed Reynaud's position of retreating to North Africa to continue the fight.
The only moral position against a regime that heinous was Churchill's: "we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be...we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle..."
Thankfully a handful of French patriots followed this position, unlike most of the elite.

DC is supported by 92% of Cons VI, 8% of Labour, 28% of LD and 39% of UKIP.
It is worthy of note that DC is supported across all regions (including London, North and Scotland who usually are strongly in favour of Labour) and all age groups with most support from the 18-24 who usually also support Labour.
If Labour win in 2015, will there be a Labour putsch to remove EdM.

I think more significant going forward is that 8% of Labour supporters say DC and a staggering 38% "don't know". If that is not evidence of soft support I don't know what is.
The 2% who said Nick Clegg clearly need medical help.

Mr. L, those are rather good.
