England have a seriously good rugby team. The best since 2003. So strong in the pack, half backs, centres and full back. To be picky, the wings are weak points, relatively speaking, and we need a better replacement hooker than Youngs - his lineout throwing is poor. There's a year to sort these things out. If we can we have a proper World Cup chance. The progress made under Lancaster is astounding. I thought Farrell had something in him a couple of years back and he really does. It's all extremely positive.
Yes, there's strength all over the pitch, solid pack, fast backs, firm defense, some brilliant handlers throughout the team, and Farrell is now maturing into a very classy player (with impeccable kicking). Care is also good. And Mike Brown is a revelation, one of the best players in world rugby right now.
As you say the wings are bit iffy, I'm not sure May has done one good move all season. Apparently he's great at club level?
Anyway. Room for optimism. No side will want to face England in the World Cup, especially at Twickenham.
They are a pleasure to watch and a team whose games you really look forward to watching. Can't say better than that.
