Perhaps so and perhaps not. But the current systems, whether comprehensive or grammar, are certainly failing many. Especially among those lower down the socioeconomic scale. (View Post)1 -

I'm not sure that the top 25% in the most deprived areas are going to do fine. So I can see the point of grammar schools in the likes of Knowsley or Hull. (View Post)1 -
