House prices in money terms (as opposed to real terms) can afford to fall 4-5% per year without any serious danger of negative equity on a repayment mortgage. That should be the target. (View Post)1 -

Yes the problem is, as usual, government trying to interfere with the market. Let landowners put up turbines on their own land, if it helps with their own energy use, and let energy providers set buy… (View Post)2 -
