Yes, it’s clear the current system leads to people only paying interest. Lowering interest to the rate of inflation would dramatically improve things in that regard. (View Post)1 -

Just set the interest rate to the rate of inflation such that everyone pays off what they borrowed. Then there’s no benefit to paying off early vs paying off slowly. (View Post)3
