I just think if you want to tax high earners more you should increase the 40% or 45% rate of income tax, not complicate pension savings. (View Post)2 -

1. ISAs are explicitly tax free systems as you pay into them out of post-tax income. Any future government retrospectively adding tax on withdrawals would effectively be implementing an arbitrary one… (View Post)3 -
