    If the Tories are leaving the Customs Union whilst Labour`s policy is to stay in then surely the Tories are leaving themselves very vulnerable to either an economic downturn following leaving the EU or a return to the troubles in Northern Ireland.
    Labour will blame either event on leaving the customs union and it will resonate
