    Yes, this looks orchestrated. Boris has completed wrecked Theresa's Florence speech. It will now just be seen as a poor-man's rival to his 'vision', and the press will be picking over it to see where her approach is at odds with his. With Theresa gone, Boris will hope, Trump-like, to ride the wave of an ultra hard-Brexit populism.
