  • Labour absolutely need a proper working-class leader - an antidote to all these nerdy poshboys with peculiar faces and nasal voices who start every other automated patronising sentence with "the reality is..." and end every other sentence with "...community" ...that will become even more apparent after 2015, whether they win or lose. It's probably better for Labour to lose in 2015, that way they could genuinely ditch the legacy of Blair and Brown and re-invent themselves with a proper Labour leader like Jon Cruddas.
    If Labour do return in 2015, it's just going to bring back all the horrible memories of the Blair-Brown years, and all that revolting diversity duck talk and robotic patronisation of the public, but at least it might kill off the lefty putsch that's infected the Tory party, and force them to reinvent themselves as a proper working-class-friendly right-wing party, more like the american republicans.
