Yes it does - if there is a particular candidate that the public do not like for whatever reason they can make the other candidates of that party high preference - then switch to other parties leaving the miscreant out. List system you have no chance. -

Or it could be that the Tories are hoping that Labour will split the opposition vote. Bibi has been pre-occupied with saving his own skin and keeping himself out of jail. He has done this by undermining the police, the military, intelligence services and the judiciary.
