The Green one is interesting. IMO Ed Milliband was not clear in going about what he wanted to achieve. As Energy Sec he heaped Green Taxes on Energy Bills to fund energy efficiency - fine, but then he proposed to cap prices which would set emissions off again. That does not compute.
