It’s interesting how the Process State has jumped on the cause of enforcing this judgement. I suppose it is a combination of a Supreme Court judgement = unquestionable rules, cost of enforcement born by the organisations, not the regulators and the fact that it is small issue. I'd agree with most of that. I think the point of the 0.1% is to evidence the massive political exaggeration applied to the "threat" posed by women wearing burkas / niqabs.
