Yes, but it's somewhat exaggerated. Henry's trade policy was a mess, but he ridiculously overstates both the impact of Perkin Warbeck and the amount of time Henry spent trying to stop exports. There's so little information on what is going on that it is very hard to predict what Iran would look like if the current regime does fall. At the very least I would expect a loss of interest in overseas issues and a concentration on internal affairs and the economy. Collapse into Libyan style anarchy is very possible. -
