Science degrees and PhDs can lead to good careers elsewhere. Most of my degree cohort are nowhere near chemistry now (ok so it’s 30 years on, but even so). (View Post)1 -

Speaking as a chemistry grad and PhD I have often wondered how many chemists the U.K. actually needs. Certainly the degree is excellent training for a wide range of careers, but actual chemistry jobs… (View Post)1
