Its charged by HMRC via PAYE and is paid in the same lump of money to HMRC as all other income taxes. Its a tax every bit as much as National Insurance and Income Tax is a tax. Its a hypothecated and… (View Post)0 -

It is a tax. If I am making a loan repayment then I have a fixed amount I repay each month. If I increase my earnings, I don't suddenly start having to pay more out of PAYE as a result. This is … (View Post)1
