If agricultural land only produces a marginal income then its value is low, and any tax on that value is also low. Farmers have nothing to fear from a land value tax. (View Post)2 -

34% of agricultural land in the UK is tenanted. Reducing the value of that land, so it was easier for those farmers to buy and own the land they work, would be to their benefit. (View Post)1 -
