A quick look at that shows that over 400, 000 were non-UK nationals, with only 77, 000 UK nationals. And emigration has lain between 400,000 and 600,000 every year since 2012. So normal for the UK. (View Post)2 -

Although... PIP is designed to cover the extra costs of day-to-day life, not work. So if, for example, you need a taxi to get to work, it will be covered by Access to Work and not out of your PIP. (View Post)1
