There is something in what you say, but rather than use life expectancy of birth when comparing, it should be life expectency at retirement age. I cannot see a simple way of calculating this at age 6… (View Post)1 -

My point is that there is a difference between actuarial life expectancy at age 65 than to life expectancy at birth, for people born in the same year. (View Post)2 -
