Its not true though, businesses don't get a penny in "subsidy" to hire such workers. The benefit trap applies primarily to people with children working 16 hours a week. It is the emplo… (View Post)2 -

No it doesn't. They still get thousands, or tens of thousands of pounds of benefits and are not going to work a single hour more than 16 because they're trapped on 16 hours a week with an 8… (View Post)1 -
