    She won't face a challenge, Boris has no interest in taking over until 2019 and Brexit is done, he wants May and Davis to be responsible for whatever deal is done. He is setting himself up with a more populist stance on.public sector pay etc, moderating the Tory stance on student migration while still committing to reduce immigration elsewhere and as a Brexit true believer. If he beats Davis for the leadership he will then call a general election within a few months and run a far more populist campaign than May did, aiming to beat Corbyn at his own game
